摘要
根据工程实践的需求,将现有的电液伺服加载改为电动伺服加载,需要进一步提高加载系统快速性、扩宽系统频带。建立了电动伺服加载模型,基于不变性原理对多余力矩进行补偿仍不能满足要求的情况下,分析影响其性能的因素,加入了电机转速反馈,该方法简单实用,仿真结果表明使该系统快速性有了较大提高,对电机参数变化有较强的鲁棒性。
Aiming at the demands that change the current electro-hydraulic servo loading system (EHSLS) to electro-machinery servo loading system (EMSLS) and improve the system's performances and expand system's frequency band, EMSLS's mathematical model is established, after disturbance torque is rejected according to the invariance theory, system can still not meet the need. this thesis analyses the system in theory and motor rotate speed feedback is introduced . This system is simple and practical. Simulation results suggest that the system's performances has been improved notably with strong robustness against motor parameter variations.
