摘要
从我国当前实际状况、实际操作入手,对以人为本的体育理念进行了初步探讨。践行以人为本的体育理念,有利于遏制竞技体育的异化现象,有利于体育教育更好地遵从"学生的全面发展"原则,有利于大众体育能切实维护全民身心健康。
Human - centered has become a guideline of various works in the new period. As an important component of our socialist modernization, carrying out human - centered idea in physical education in the new era becomes an urgent issue, the author uses different methods to probe into how to carry out human- centered idea in sports field recently.
