摘要
用分光光度法对河北引种绞股蓝不同生长月份时总皂甙，总黄酮，多糖含量进行了测定，并用仪器分析法对绞股蓝中的氨基酸进行了分析。
The total saponin, total flavone and polysaccharide in Gynostemma Pentaphyllum cultivated in Hebei were determined by spectrometry and its amino acids were determined with amino acid analyser.
