摘要
目的探讨三联法对类风湿性关节炎阴虚络热证的治疗作用。方法将78例确诊为类风湿性关节炎阴虚络热证的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予中药、强的松片、长荣消痹灵片,对照组给予中药、长荣消痹灵片治疗,观察两组临床症状、体征(关节疼痛数、关节肿胀数、晨僵时间、双手平均握力、15m步行时间)和实验室检查指标(血沉、免疫球蛋白、补体及血常规、肝、肾功能)的变化。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率86.84%,两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);但在起效时间上治疗组(14.98±9.28)天明显短于对照组(30.88±11.32)天,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合三联法对类风湿性关节炎阴虚络热证有显著的治疗作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of triple-combination method for the syndrome of Yin deficiency and collateral heat of rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods The 78 patients of rheumatoid arthritis with syndrome of Yin deficiency and collateral heat were randomized into treated group and control groups. The triple-combination method, namely, the herbal decoction, prednisone tablets and Changrong Xiaobiling Tablets, was applied to the treated group, while the double-combination method, namely, the herbal decoction and Changrong Xiaobiling Tablets, to the control group. The clinical symptoms, signs （number of patients with joint pain and swelling, time of morning stiffness, average grip strength of both hands, walking time of 15 meters） and the changes of indices in laboratory test （ESR, immunoglobulin, addiment, routine blood test, functions of liver and kidney） of two groups were observed. Resuits The total effective rate of treated group and control group was 90.00% and 86.84% respectively. There was no significant difference between groups（P〉0. 05）, but the time to initiate effect in the treated group [（14.98±9. 28） days] was obviously shorter than that of control group [（30. 88 ± 11. 32） days] with significant difference （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The triple-combination method of integration of Chinese and Western medicine is obviously effective in treatment of Yin deficiency and collateral heat of rheumatoid arthritis.
