含氟硅油的合成及其消抑泡性能 被引量:4

Synthesis and Property of Breaking & Inhibiting Foam of Fluorine-containing Polysiloxanes

摘要 用D4、D3F、MDM和Me4NOH合成了分子中具有不同SiCH3(CF3CH2CH2)O链节含量x(DF)的系列氟硅油(PTFMS),测试了折光率n2D5℃、粘度η25℃和表面自由能γ25℃等参数,研究了PTFMS及PTFMS与白炭黑粒子D10粒子的混合物分别在油相和水相体系中的消泡和抑泡性能。结果表明,随着x(DF)增加,折光率n2D5℃从1.4040下降到1.3785,粘度η25℃从58.13mPa.s增加到214.3mPa.s,表面自由能γ25℃从18.96mN/m增加到21.37mN/m。油相体系中PTFMS和PTFMS与白炭黑粒子的混合物的消泡性能均明显好于无氟的MDF0D20M,但含氟的消泡性能不随着x(DF)增加而变化;抑泡性能随着x(DF)增加而提高;白炭黑粒子对PTFMS的消抑泡均没有增效作用,为消除油相体系中泡沫奠定基础。在水相体系中,PTFMS的消抑泡性能均不明显,与白炭黑粒子D10混合后消泡性能明显增强,抑泡性能呈现先上升后下降的趋势,因此白炭黑粒子对氟硅油的水相消泡具有增效作用。 By reaction with Me4NOH, a series of fluorine-containing polysiloxanes(PTFMS) were synthesized from D4, D3F and MDM with different contents [x (D^F)/% ] of SiCH3 (CF3 CH2CH2 )O chain of PTFMS. Parameters such as refractive index n25℃^D, viscosity η^25℃ and surface free energy γ^25℃ were tested. The performance of breaking and inhibiting foam of single PTFMS and the mixture of PTFMS and silica in waterand oil-based systems were studied, respectively. Results show that with the increase of x( D^F) , the value of D decreases from 1. 404 0 to 1. 378 5, and the value of viscosity in both water- and oil-based systems η25℃^D increases from 58. 13 mPa · s to 214.3 mPa · s, and value of surface free energy increases from 18.96 mN/m to 21.37 mN/m. In an oil-based system, the performance of breaking foam of single PTFMS and the mixture of PTFMS and silica is better than that of MD0^FD20 M, and doesn't change obviously with the increase of x(DV). The performance of foam inhibition for the compounds improve with the increase of x(DV). Silica is not helpful for antifoaming function of PTFMS in the oil-based system, which lays a foundation for choosing antifoam in an oil-based system. In a water-based system, the performance of breaking and inhibiting foam of single PTFMS is poor. With the aid of silica, the breaking foam ability of PTFMS increases significantly, and the inhibiting foam ability becomes better at first, but then worse, so silica is helpful for antifoaming function of PTFMS in a water-based system.
