摘要
目的:探讨外伤性前牙脱位的临床治疗体会。方法:对18例32颗脱位前牙的治疗方法和临床疗效进行分析。结果:离体牙局部给氧并配合局部药物处理利于再植成功的年轻恒牙牙髓血管再生,减少根尖吸收。结论:牙周膜的活性是前牙再植成功的关键。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical experience in treatment of traumatic avulsed anterior teeth. Methods： The methods and the therapeutic effectiveness of 32 traumatic avulsed anterior teeth of 18 cases were analyzed. Results： It was useful for promoting pulp vascular regeneration and preventing root resorption of replanting immature permanent teeth using local oxygen therapy and the local application of drug to isolated teeth. Conclusion： It is the key of the activity of periodontal membrane to ensure the anterior teeth replantation successfully.
