摘要
为了将国企产权改革纳入一个有序的轨道,法律应该起到一个规范性的作用。本文主要阐述在产权改革中法律应确立的价值取向与几个重要的法律问题。
To lead the reform of property right of SOEs to an order road, laws and regulations should act as standards. The paper mainly illustrates the value orientation which should be established by law and several important legal problems in the reform.
