摘要
分析了地震剪力系数的意义,探讨了相对于89规范新规范对抗震设计反应谱的修改,提出了新规范设置楼层最小地震剪力系数值的目的,就如何控制结构的剪重比进行了研究,以保证结构抗震设计的合理性。
It analyzes the significance of earthquaking cut parameters, discusses the amendment of new norm to anti-quaking designing reaction record ralativing 89 norm, it puts for ward the purpose that new norm steping up the minimal earthquake shear coefficient, researches on how to control structural counter-cut rates, in order to ensure the rationality of structural anti-quaking design.
