摘要
目的探讨微创侧脑室引流(+血肿清除)术对高血压性脑室型丘脑出血的治疗效果。方法对照组采用传统的脑出血治疗方法,包括脱水降颅压,控制血压,营养神经细胞,预防应激性溃疡,维持内环境稳定等内科常规治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用微创侧脑室引流,丘脑血肿>10ml者行侧脑室引流+血肿清除术,比较2组的血肿清除时间、临床疗效。结果与对照组比较治疗组血肿清除时间缩短,临床疗效好,统计学结果有显著性意义。结论微创侧脑室引流(+血肿清除)术治疗高血压性脑室型丘脑出血具有较好的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of microinvasive ventricular drainage and hematoma remove operation on the ventricular and thalamus hemorrhage. Methods he control was treated with regular methods, mainly with medicine, the therapy group was added with microinvasive ventricular drainage or microinvasive ventricular drainage and hematoma remove operation in the patients with thalamus hematoma〉 10 ml. the clinical effect of two group was compared. Results the therapy group showed significantly shorter duration of hematoma and better clinicaI effect than control group. Conclusions the therapy with microinvasive ventricular drainage and hematoma remove operation showed better effect on the ventricular and thalamus hemorrhage.
