丙泊酚复合琥珀胆碱麻醉用于直达喉镜下声带息肉摘除术体会

摘要 目的:探讨直达喉镜下声带息肉摘除术的麻醉方法选择。方法:直达喉镜下声带息肉摘除术采用丙泊酚复合琥珀胆碱麻醉(Ⅰ组)13例,采用丙泊酚静脉麻醉(Ⅱ组)13例。两组术中都予高频喷射通气。结果:Ⅰ组麻醉效果满意,Ⅱ组患者在暴露声门时4例出现屏气、SPO2下降<90%,4例有呛咳。结论:丙泊酚复合琥珀胆碱麻醉用于直达喉镜下声带息肉摘除术安全性高,对循环影响较小,无屏气、呛咳等不良反应,不影响手术操作。
