盐酸米诺环素治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的临床疗效 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察使用米诺环素软膏治疗牙周牙髓联合病变患者的疗效。方法91例牙周牙髓联合病变患者在进行龈下刮治和根面平整后随机分成两组,分别用米诺环素和氢氧化钙糊剂消毒预备根管,观察根管治疗诊间疼痛、根备时间、牙周临床指标变化和牙槽骨修复再生的差异,比较二者疗效异同点。结果治疗后临床牙周指数均较治疗前有显著改善,但组间差异没有显著性;根管治疗诊间疼痛、牙槽嵴顶骨质新生和总有效率两组间没有差异;米诺环素软膏组在根管预备所用时间和根尖周骨质新生方面显著优于氢氧化钙组。结论米诺环素在有效控制感染、减轻诊间疼痛和提高治疗的有效率方面,具有和氢氧化钙相似的疗效,在缩短根备时间和促进根尖周牙槽骨新生方面,米诺环素优于氢氧化钙。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of minocycline ointment in the patients with combined periodontitic-endodontic lesion. Methods After root planing with local delivery minocycline ointment in the periodon-tal pockets, 91 patients with combined periodontic-endodontic lesion were divided into two groups, which were treated by minocycline ointment or calcium hydroxide respectively in the preparation of root canal therapy. Comparing the similarities and differences results in two drugs regimens in periodontal clinic indexs, inter - appointment pain,root canal preparation time and regeneration in the alveolar bone. Results The periodontal clinic indexs improved significantly comparing to original indexs, but there were no significantly different between the two groups;There were no different in the inter-appointment pain during root canal therapy, regeneration in the crest of alveolar bone and the total efficiency; But the time of preparation for root canal therapy and regeneration in the periapical of alveolar bone was significantly improved while comparing minocycline ointment to calcium hydroxid. Conclusion Comparing minocycline ointment with calcium hydroxid, there are the same efficiency in the anti-infection, releasing inter-appointment pain during root canal therapy and improving total therapeutic effects, but there are more effective in the shortening preparation time and promoting regeneration in the periapical of alveolar bone.
