摘要
本文报告了用区分剂量法、半数致死浓度法连续5年监测成都市主要媒介蚊种对化学杀虫剂(溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、马拉硫磷、DDT)抗药性。致倦库蚊对所测杀虫剂均有明显抗药性;三带喙库蚊对马拉硫磷的抗药性明显,对溴氰菊酯和DDT存在初级抗性;中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯抗药性波动较大,但敏感性处于回升趋势,对马拉硫磷是相当敏感的,而对DDT有明显抗药性;嗜人按蚊对溴氰菊酯和DDT均敏感。
Prom 1991 to 1995,resistance survey against deltarnethrin, Permethrin, malathion and DDI were carried out by half lethal concentration or discrindnating dosage rnethods. The results showed that Culex quinguefas ciatus revealed remarkible resistaare against all tested insecticides while Culex tritaeniorhynchus had primary resistance to deltamethrin, DDT and higher resistance to malathion. Anophles Sinensis revealed higher resistance against DDT, and still very sensitive to malathion but reflected fluctuation results against deltamethrin.Anopheles anthropophagus was sensitive to both deltamethrin and DDT.
