摘要
本文研究了2,2-二甲氧基丙烷与焦性没食子酸的交换反应规律,优选了反应溶剂、溶剂用量、温度、反应配比等反应条件.实验发现2,2-二甲氧基丙烷中混入少量的甲醇或丙酮对反应的影响不大,反应馏出物甲氧基丙烯是替代二甲氧基丙烷的有效反应原料,从而降低了合成2,2-二甲基-4-羟基-1,3-苯并二噁茂的成本.
In this paper,rules of exchanging reaction between 2,2-dimethoxypropane (DMP) and pyrogallol were studied, and reaction conditions, such as solvent, solvent dosage, temperature and ratio of DMP / pyrogallol were optimized. It found that certain amount of acetone (40%) or methol in the system have no apparent effect on the reaction. 2-Methoxypropene was found to be the effective reactant instead of dimethoxypropane. So cost of the synthesis of 2, 2-Dimethyl-4.-hydroxy-1, 3-benzo dioxole could be reduced.
