摘要 研究DTU(Data Acquisition and Transmission Unit)以解决超长距离隧道或矿井建设的地下工程施工安全监视、预警预报问题.以嵌入式微处理机为核心,配合可接口RS485总线的光纤网络接口;以MODBUS规约为总线通信标准,在隧道或矿井中可以级联成为多达32个DTU检测点的分布式数据采集系统.每处DTU可接口最多512个检测通道或传感器输出量.配合中控计算机实时数据管理软件,使超长隧道或矿井内多个监测点能对预警预报信号及时、准确汇总与预报,为隧道、矿井施工安全提供保障. The data acquisition and transmission unit (DTU) is studied to solve the problem of supervising and early-warning system applied to long-distance water transmission tunnels or mine excavating operations. The know-how of the DTU is an embedded microprocessor with RS485 optical fiber network interface. Under the MODBUS communicating protocol, 32 such DTU^s can be integrated into a spatial ly distributed system; with each DTU possessing up to 512 channels of detection signals and sensor outputs. The timely, accurate assembling and prediction of information and events in monitoring and hazard-alarming of long-distance water transmission tunnels or in mine excavating operations are achieved by the online data management software of the central computer. The system offers a new security option for the excavation of tunnels and mines.
