摘要
介绍了具有防爆保护功能的激光雷管编码系统的组成及各部分的主要功能,给出了雷管编码系统和防爆保护系统的设计和实现方法.具体阐述了激光电源、Q开关驱动器、冷却系统、二极管泵浦激光器、控制系统的设计和扫描系统误动作、激光功率过大、同一个雷管上的激光停留时间过长和计算机死机等4种保护功能的实现方法.
The constructions and the functions of components of laser marking system on detonator with the protecting function from exploding, are described. System design and implementation methods of laser marking on detonator and the protecting from exploding are also described. The design of the laser power, Q-switch driver, cooling system, diode pump laser, laser control system and 4 protecting functions, scanner default, laser over power, laser on the same detonator over time and computer default are expounded practically.
