摘要
我国的医药物流领域存在着许多结构、管理、运作、技术上的缺陷,这些问题在物流平台的构筑上尤其明显。本物流中心规划结合整体环境和企业自身规模,提出构建两级物流网络规划方案,建立集物流配送、电子商务和药品营销三大功能为一体的物流中心运行模式,并最终打造现代化的医药供应链。
There are many problems with pharmaceutical logistics industry,such as structure,management,operation and technology,especially in the construction of the logistics platform.This thesis puts forward building a two-level logistics center plan by combining whole circumstances with enterprise scale.The logistics center will operate in a three-in-one mode by combining such three functions as logistics distribution,e-commerce and pharmaceutical marketing and create the modern Pharmaceutical supply chains.
