摘要
本文介绍了变频法测量变电站接地电阻的原理,分析了其优缺点,在其基础上提出了一种基于SiliconLabs公司的单片机芯片C8051F410的接地电阻测量仪的设计方法。针对变频法测量中的变频电源测量频率选择问题,提出了基于功率谱分析的算法并利用C语言实现,解决了接地电阻测量中的工频干扰问题。
This paper introduces the principle of the frequency-changing method on grounding resistance measurement for substation, analyses advantages and disadvantages of the method. Then a design of the instrument structure for grounding resistance measurement based on C8051F410 chip is proposed. In order to set proper frequency for the frequency-changing power, it gives a frequency analysis algorithm in data process.
