103例浸润性乳腺癌E-cadherin蛋白表达和DNA倍体分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究黏附因子E-cadherin(E-cad)在乳腺癌中的表达及其与肿瘤细胞增殖潜能的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法、Feulgen染色及计算机图像分析技术检测103例浸润性乳腺癌的E-cad蛋白的表达情况和DNA倍体。结果103例浸润性乳腺癌组织中E-cad阳性表达率为35.0%(36/103),E-cad表达与组织学分级、组织浸润程度、腋窝淋巴结转移、复发、远处转移密切相关(P<0.05),与组织学类型、年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。E-cad阴性表达的患者总生存率比阳性表达的患者低(P<0.05)。E-cad阴性表达的浸润性乳腺癌多为异倍体癌,E-cad阳性表达的多为2倍体癌(P<0.05)。结论E-cad蛋白的低表达可能与乳腺癌的侵袭和转移有关,倍体分析对乳腺癌的诊断有辅助意义。 Objective To study the expression of E-cadherin (E-cad) in invasive breast carcinoma and to analyze its relation with proliferation potential of carcinomas. Methods The expression of E-cad protein and DNA ploidy status in invasive breast carcinoma from 103 patients were studied by immunohistochemistry, Feulgen staining, and automatic image analysis techniques. Resul~ Positive rate of E-cad was 35.0% (36/103) in 103 cases of invasive breast carcinoma. Expression of E-cad was closely correlated with histological grade, degree of infiltration, axillary lymph node metastasis, local relapse and distant metastasis (P 〈0.05) but irrelevant with the age of patients, histological types and tumor size (P 〉0.05). The total survival ratio and non-neoplasia sur- vival ratio in patients with E-cad negative expression were lower than those with E-cad positive expression(P 〈0.05). The invasive breast carcinomas with E-cad negative expression were mostly heteroploidy but the ones with E-cad positive expression were mostly diploidy (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Low expression of E-cad may be related to invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma. DNA ploidy analysis may benefit the diagnosis of breast carcinoma.
