摘要
本文讲述了一种以复合式光纤位移传感器和微机为基础构成的微机光纤位移测量装置,它能消除光源和检测部件漂移以及被测表面反射率变化对测量的影响,在200μm的测量范围内,测量不确定度为2μm。
A composite optic fiber displacement sensor and the optic fiber displacement measuring apparatus based on a microcomputer are described in the paper. It can elliminate the wander of light source and detecting elements, and the effects of measured surface reflectivity variance for measurement. Withinthe measuring range of 200μm, the measuring indetermination is 2μm.
