摘要
本文深刻阐述了海南省生源地助学贷款政策的五大优势及特点,深入调查研究了当前海南省县域生源地助学贷款政策实施现状,全面探讨了海南省县域生源地助学贷款政策推行难的根本性原因以及关于在海南省县域全面推行生源地助学贷款政策的基本思路,并对进一步有效增强海南省县域生源地助学贷款政策的实施效应提出了合理化建议。
In this paper we make deeply and exhaustive expound the five advantages and characteristic to the policy of grant-in-aid loans for the local students. We also make a thorough and deepen investigation and study to the present situation about the policy of subsidization loans for the local students that put into practice in county region of Hainan province, and the common civilian look forward to the effect on the action of the Hainan government. We make overall probe into the basis cause about the knotty problems of carry out the policy of subsidization loans for the local students that enforcement in county district of Hainan province, and the fundamental train of thought to the policy of subsidization loans for the local students that put into practice comprehensively in county region of Hainan province. We also put forward the rationalization proposal on further enhance the enforcement effect about the policy of subsidization loans for the local students in county district of Hainan province.
