摘要
目前我国大学英语口语教学的现状不容乐观,存在着诸多问题。促进大学英语口语教学改革的可行性措施包括采用新教材、培养学生说英语的信心、探求口语教学方法、加大教师口语培训以及改革传统考试方式等。
With the development of society, English plays more and more important role as a key communicative tool. The new College English Curriculum Requirements also brings the new idea of stressing of cultivating English listening and speaking ability. The paper focuses on the current situation of spoken English teaching of coLlege English. With the detailed analysis, it raises some effective ways, including adopting the new teaching material, building students＇ confidence of speaking English, applying the new teaching way, training teachers＇ oral English and shifting the traditional examination way, to promote the spoken English teaching reform of coLlege English.
