摘要
为车用燃油加热器设计了一种锥盖形燃烧器,采用k-ε双方程模型,选用CFD模拟计算软件STAR-CD对燃烧器内气体流动进行了模拟计算,并对燃烧器几个特殊截面的流场进行了分析,由计算分析知:切向进气孔所产生的旋流对锥盖内表面的冲刷作用有利于加强油、气混合,可使其燃烧充分,从而减少积炭的生成。
The flow in the new burner of vehicle heater is simulated by utilizing CFD software STAR - CD. Some special sections of the bumer are analyzed in the paper. The results show that the swirl of intake air generated by tangent holes washes the inner faces of the cone, enhances fuel - air mixing and can lead to efficient combustion with less soot.
