摘要
建立一个公正自由的竞争环境是社会主义市场经济的基本要求。而现实经济生活中,各种限制竞争行为、垄断行为已屡见不鲜,尤其是行政垄断,深刻认识这一问题并完善相关法律以解决这一问题已是当务之急。行政垄断的危害表现在方方面面,运用法律手段规制行政垄断应该是其首选。
It is the basic demand of the socialist market economy that we should build a impartial and free environment of competition.There are a lot of restrict competing and monopoly in real economic life,especially the administrative monopoly.It is the urgent matter for us to recognize and perfect relevance law to solve them.The damage of administrative monopolizing shows in all aspect of economic life,We should adopt the law means to standardize and improve the administrative monopolizing in the first place.
