摘要
制备了一种蜜胺含量相对较低的新型磺化蜜胺-脲-甲醛(MUF)缩聚树脂,此树脂与不同的天然植物鞣质复合鞣革,成革具有和铬鞣革一样良好的性能。提出了不同的鞣质/MUF树脂复合物鞣制的皮革,在长时间的紫外线辐射下,以革色的变化作为老化时间的函数,建立并阐明了此函数的预测模型和公式。此函数不仅与固态纯鞣质的抗老化能力有关,还与其在皮革内总体的抗老化能力有关。
A new sulphonated melamine -urea- formaldehyde (MUF) polycondensation resin of relatively low melamine con-tent prepared according to a sequential formulation, has been showed to be highly effective when coupled with different natural vegetable tannins to produce leather prepared with chrome salts. The variation of leather colour as a function of ageing time on pro- long irradiation with UV light of the leather produced with different combinations of veg tannins/MUF resins has been reported. A predictive model and equation for the variation of leather colour as a function of ageing time has also been established and is pres- ented. The variation of leather colour as a function of ageing time has also been correlated with both the antioxidant capability of pure tannins in solid form, and with their antioxidant capability in situ within the leather prepared with them.
