皮革手感剂的合成及应用研究

摘要 制备了不含有机溶剂的氨基聚硅氧烷皮革手感剂乳液。研究了单体转化率、乳液稳定性及聚合物分子质量等因素对产品性能的影响。考察了反应产物氨基聚硅氧烷在皮革上的应用效果。试验结果表明:当乳化剂总用量15%~25%、反应温度75~85℃、反应pH值11~13、反应时间6~8h条件下,可以得到稳定的具有良好应用效果的有机硅聚合物乳液。 Aminopolysiloxane leather hand feeling agent emulsion without organic solvent was synthesized. Some factors that influence the product properties such as monomer conversion rate, emulsion stability and the polymer molecular weight etc were in-vestigated. And the application of aminopolysiloxane in leather was also studied. It shows that when the total emulsifying agent is 15%-25%, the temperature is 75-85℃, pH is 11-13 and the reaction time is 6-8h, the obtained aminopolysiloxane has good application properties.
