摘要
目的探讨神经导航系统在颅脑微创手术中的应用及手术配合经验。方法对33例患者进行术中实时导航,小皮瓣锁孔微创手术,显微镜下切除颅脑病变。结果手术顺利,33例颅内病变显微镜下全切26例,次全切7例;手术时间、并发症有所减少。本组未出现术中、术后死亡。结论神经导航提供了实时、准确、可靠的定位,有助于提高手术疗效,降低术后神经功能损伤,缩短手术时间,使手术更微侵袭化。严格操作规程是确保手术精确定位、顺利完成的关键。
Objective To explore the application of neuronavigation in microneurosurgery and the experience in operative coordination. Methods Thirty-three cases underwent neuronavigator-assisted microsurgery with real time tracking. The impaired focuses were cut out under microscope. Results All the intracranial focuses were accurately located, in which 26 lesions were totally removed and 7 subtotally removed. The duration of operation and postoperative complications were reduced. No death occurred during and after operation. Conclusion The neuronavigationl system can provide exact and reliable real-time localization for the operation and is helpful to improve the curative effect, reduce the impairment of nervous function and shorten the duration of operation. Therefore the operation is less invasive. Strict implement of operating regulations and proper application of neuronavigation is crucial to a successful operation.
