摘要
阐述了堆场计划对提高集装箱码头装卸效率,节省码头运转成本的重要作用。从改进出口重箱进场选位方式入手提出可解决问题的优化方案,达到缓解堆场压力,节能增效的目的。
This paper states the importance of container yard planning to raise the handling efficiency and lower the operation cost in the terminal. It puts forward a optimizing plan by improving the positioning method of the export container, so as to get the results of loosing the pressure to the yard, and raising the efficiency.
