摘要
在新形势下,党中央不断要求高校加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,提升大学生思想政治素质,高校团委更应该积极探索,提早动手,利用组织优势,通过实施大学生素质拓展计划,坚持党建带团建,进一步加强对学生组织的管理和指导。
Under new conditions, the Center Party Committee insists on requiring higher school to enhance and improve the ideological and political education of college students, advancing the quality of college students. For this purpose, the League Committee of higher school should actively explore in this field and take action in advance, using the advantages of the League Committee of higher school, through the implementation of the plan of expanding the college students＇quality and the insistence of the Communist Party＇s construction bringing along the Communist Youth League＇s construction, to further strengthen the instruction and management of college students.
