摘要
镶嵌是金相研究过程中试样制备阶段的一个步骤,可采用机械镶嵌法、树脂镶嵌法以及特殊镶嵌法。热压镶嵌法属于树脂镶嵌法,其中,采用热固性树脂又是非常普遍的。热固性树脂中经常采用的原料是电木粉,镶嵌的过程需要使用到金相样品镶嵌机。只有在充分了解电木粉的特点以及镶嵌机的特殊之处,并正确地操作镶嵌机,才可以保证安全、有效地实现金相样品的镶嵌。
Ialaying is a key step in the specimen preparation process for the metallographic research process and it can be realized through various methods such as mechanic inlaying, resin inlaying and special inlaying. Thermal pressure method is part of resin inlaying, for which thermosetting resin is widely used. The important raw materials usually used in such thermosetting resin are bakelite, and metallographic specimen inlaying machine wiU be used in the same process. Therefore only a full understanding of the features of bakelite and the specialty of the inlaying machine and a correct operation of inlaying machine will assure a safe and effective inlaying of metallographic specimen.
