摘要
开放实验室是我国高校近年来实验教学改革和创新的举措。在开放实验室过程中,因为许多高校对于开放实验室未能给予较好的政策,或者未能使得广大教师理解并接受开放实验室的意义,因而遭遇到实验教师对于开放实验室不理解、不配合或者其它的抵制情绪和行为。文章从管理科学角度出发,探讨在开放实验室管理中建立激励机制的一些问题极其解决办法,从而有助于国内高校顺利开展开放实验室的工作。
It is the teaching reformation and new action to open lab in university and college last years. In course of opening lab, many lab assistant misunderstand or non-cooperate even resist opening lab because many lab assistants in university and college do not offer policy for opening lab, or a great number of lab assistants do not realize the meanings of opening lab. This paper discussed how to build prompting system about opening lab for multitudinous universities and colleges.
