摘要
对13例（13眼）眼球穿通伤病例和8只家兔（16眼）行玻璃体切除术，灌注液中加入0．05％5－Fu治疗眼球穿通伤，又以同样例数为对照组。结果切除术组视力增进占38．4％，玻璃体机化视网膜脱离及眼球萎缩占23．08％，而对照组以上2项分别为7．66％与93．53％。灌注液中加5－Fu能抑制纤维组织增生，减少术后并发症，安全有效。
Ⅰ -Phase vitrectomy was introduced into 13 cases of penetrating eye injury and 8 rabbits in this study. The perfusing fluid contains 5-fluorouracil (0. 5% ). The result showed that the rate of visual acuity increasing was 38 .4% in vitrectomy group, while that was 7 .7% in comparing group, It wat concluded that 5 - Fu may be an effective inhibitor of proliferative vitreoretinopathy after penetrating eye injury and can decrease the rate of compication.
