摘要
对于企业来讲,人力资源开发战略与管理离不开员工培训体系的建立。只有建立良好的培训体系,才能使企业和员工得到更好地发展。笔者结合自身长期从事企业员工培训的经验和所在企业员工培训工作的现状,指出了目前存在于企业培训管理体系中的主要问题并查找了产生原因,提出了构建企业员工培训管理模式的新思路。
The enterprise' s staff training management system is an essential part of human resource management. Excellent staff training system can be very helpful for the development of the enterprises and their staff. This paper, based on the staff training experiences and present status, analyzes the major issues presently in the staff training management system and presents some approaches.
