摘要
对某医院在职护理人员接受继续教育的情况进行统计。结果表明：７０年代中等护士学校毕业护士２１名，接受继续教育者１名，占４．７６％；８０年代至９０年代中等护士学校毕业护士１９０名，接受继续教育者４３名，占２２．６０％。说明在职护理人员接受继续教育人数较少，不能适应护理学科的发展，故各级卫生行政部门应尽快建立健全在职护理人员接受继续教育的相应制度，以强化各类护理人员自觉接受继续教育的意识。
Statistic study on reeducation of in-service nursing staffs in a certain hospital indicated that in the 1970s nurse graduates from middle nurses' school were 21 and only one (4.76%) had accepted reeducation,in the 1980s and 1990s the numbers were 190 and 43 (22.60%).Above showed that the number of in-service nursing staffs who had received reeducation was less and cannot be adapted to the need of nursing development.It is suggested that rapidly set up the system of nurses' reeducation and enable the nursing staffs to accept consciously the reeducation.
