摘要
目的对比观察早产儿和足月儿1分钟Apgar评分的差异。方法分析173例早产儿1分钟Apgar的评分结果,并与同期随机抽出的189例足月新生儿进行比较。结果早产儿组一分钟Apgar评分(8.15±2.36)明显低于足月儿组(9.32±1.23)。结论在早产儿治疗及预后评估中应考虑早产儿1分钟Apgar评分低于正常儿的诸多因素与不良影响,有助于临床对早产儿治疗与护理水平的提高。
To observe the difference of one minute Apgar score between premature and mature infants. Methods The results of one minute Apgar score were analysed in 173 premature infants, and meanwhile the results were compared with those of 189 mature infants. Results The one minute Apgar score was obviously lower in premature infants （8. 15± 2. 36） than mature infants （9. 32±1.23）. Conclusion Recognizing the adverse factors and harmful effects reflected by the low points of one minute Apgar score will be conducive to the treatment and nursing care of premature infants.
