摘要
合成较高纯度的高碳醇磷酸单酯与双酯,并将其按一定比例配成单双酯混合物,分别用电位滴定法3、1P-NMR波谱法及混合指示剂法测定其单双酯比例,并与已知配比进行比较,从而评价3种测试方法的准确性.结果表明,31P-NMR波谱法和电位滴定法准确度较高,而混合指示剂法由于受到人为影响,准确度较差.
Mono- and di- high fatty alcohol phosphate esters are synthesized respectively, and they are mixed into compound in a certain proportion. The compounds are analyzed by potentiometric titration, ^31P-NMR and mixed indicator, and the accuracy of three methods are measured by comparing the results with the original proportion. The results indicate that the accuracy of 3^31P-NMR and potentiometric titration are better than mixed indicator which is affected by so many artificial factors.
