摘要
伊斯兰人权的研究,日益成为国际性热点。西方学者、国外穆斯林学者皆著书立说,表达对伊斯兰人权的观点和看法。学者们所讨论的内容,主要涉及伊斯兰与人权,伊斯兰人权与国际人权原则的关系,伊斯兰权利学说以及穆斯林妇女的权利等内容。在现代社会发展中,伊斯兰人权理论发展的总趋势是努力与现代国际人权规则的精神相趋同,其理论深度也在不断增加。随着现代伊斯兰人权理论研究的深入,促使穆斯林学者重新审视传统伦理道德和伊斯兰法。
The research on Islamic human rights has increasingly become an international hot issue. Western scholars and Muslim scholars expressed their different viewpoints of Islamic human rights. Their focus mainly covers Islam and human rights relations, the relations between Islamic human rights and international human rights principles, the rights of Muslim women, the Islamic right theory. In the development of modern society, the trend of the Islamic human rights theories development is consistent with principle of international human rights. Its theories have been perfected in depth. Along with further research on modern Islamic human rights, Muslim scholars are required to reexamine the traditional ethics morals and the Islamic law.
