摘要
针对热风炉常规拱顶温度模糊控制器波动较大的问题,讨论了引入可调整因子的系统优化控制策略,并通过仿真测试加以验证。事实证明,控制效果提高显著,对实现热风炉燃烧过程的稳定性、经济性、合理性起到了一定的作用。
In view of the hot-blast stove convention arch temperature fuzzy controller undulation major problem, discussed the introduction adjustable integral divisor system optimization control strategy, and confirms through the simulation test. The fact proved that the control effect enhances obviously, to realized the hot-blast stove combustion process stability, the efficiency, the rationality plays certain role.
