摘要
针对目前电梯生产企业普遍存在的电梯现场调试的问题,设计了电梯现场仿真调试系统,并详细阐述了其工作原理、系统组成以及软硬件设计。系统由单片机构建的下位机和使用VB语言编程实现的上位机构成。通过旋转编码器测量的脉冲数据计算实际电梯的运行距离,并利用RS232串行通信技术在下位机和上位机之间进行实时数据交换,在上位机中实现对电梯现场的真实模拟,下位机实时模拟输出各开关信号,以实现在厂内较准确地调试电梯快车功能。
Aiming at the problem about the elevator commissioning in scene existed in most of elevator factory,designs an elevator scene imitating commissioning system and explains its principle of working,system composing,hardware and software. System is made up of the down machine composed on MCU and the up machine based on VB. Depend on the pulse from rotary encoder,computes the real run distance of elevator;and exchanges the data between the down and the up machine based on RS232 serial communication. The up machine imitates the scene of elevator running,the down imitates to output real-time switching signal. Then it can help to adjust the elevator commissioning well and truly.
