摘要
目的观察吲哒帕胺治疗老年高血压临床效果及不良反应。方法选择轻、中度原发性高血压患者68例,每日晨起即口服2·5mg吲哒帕胺,观察治疗前及治疗8周后血压、心率及血钾、血钠、血糖、血脂等生化指标。结果治疗4周、8周收缩压及舒张压均明显降低(P<0·01),治疗8周时血钾明显降低(P<0·05),血钠、血糖、血脂及心率等指标无明显变化。结论吲哒帕胺治疗老年轻、中度高血压效果确切,不良反应少,对血糖、血脂、肝和肾功能无明显影响。
Objective To Observe the effect and side - effect of Indapamide in treating senile hypertension. Methods Choose 68 cases, take the drug 2. 5mg early morning, and observe their blood pressure,heart rate, K ^＋ ,Na^ ＋ , blood sugar,blood lipid before and afer treatment. Results Their contract and dia stolic presure all decreased obviously （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, at the 4 th and 8 th week. blood K^ ＋ decreased obviously at 8 th week （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , blood Na^＋ blood sugar, liqid and heartrate have no obvious change. Conclusion Indaoamide is effective in treating senile hvoertension .with less side effect
