摘要
目的:探讨术前患者存在的心理反应及相应的护理干预,减少患者不良心理的效果。方法:用内镜中心设计的问卷表对1500例患者存在的心理反应进行调查分析,针对患者不同的心理反应进行护理干预。结果:患者术前均有不同程度的心理反应。结论:有效的护理干预和健康宣教可减轻患者的心理压力,对电子结肠镜检查的顺利进行尤为重要。
Objective To explore the patients＇ psychological reaction and nursing intervention before operation and to reduce patients＇ unhealthy psychological reaction. Methods To use a questionnaire to investigate the psychological reaction of 1500 patients, then try to analyze the causes and to practice nursing intervention to different patients. Results All the patients show different psychological reaction before operation. Conclusion Efficient nursing intervention and propaganda work about health can be a good method to reduce psychological pressure of the patients, they are especially important to electronic colonoscope examination.
