摘要
目的:观察改良置胃管法的效果与常规法进行对照。方法:置胃管前用1%的地卡因药液对准咽部喷2～3喷,2～3分钟后将胃管置入至所需长度。结果:不适程度明显降低,包括:恶心、呕吐、呛咳等现象。结论:改良置胃管法明显提高了患者的舒适程度,提高了成功率,提高了护士的工作效率。
Objective To compare the effect of improved method with of ordinary one in putting stomach duct. Methods Firstly, spray 1% tetracaine upon gorge.Then put stomach duct proper lenth 2-3minutes later.Results The degree of uncomfort,such as vomit,cough etc,decrenses largely. Conclusions The improved way has raised the comfortable degree of patients.The success rate of putting duct as well as efficiency of nurses.
