摘要
目的:研究少突胶质细胞前体细胞在成年大鼠脑中的分布规律。方法:成年Wistar大鼠脑组织血小板衍生生长因子受体α(PDGF-Rα)抗体免疫组化酶标染色。结果:PDGF-Rα免疫染色阳性物质在细胞核、细胞质和突起均有分布。阳性细胞主要分布在前脑和中脑的白质和灰质。嗅球、大脑皮质、海马、视交叉的分布密度高。阳性细胞胞体为长柱形。嗅球和海马的阳性细胞突起和分支较少。在基底节和嗅球见多突起,突起多分支的阳性细胞。结论:少突胶质细胞前体细胞在大鼠的大脑中非均匀分布。不同部位阳性细胞的形态差异主要在于突起的数量。突起的数量越多,突起的分级也就越多。
Objective:To study the distribution of the oligodendrocyte precursor cells. Methods: Free floating sections of adult Wistar rats' brain were studied by immunohistochemistry. Results: Immunopositive materials were detected in the cell nucleus, cytoplasm and processes. The cytoplasm was deep coloured. The PDGF-Rα immunopositive cells were mainly distributed in grey and white matter of forbrain and midbrain , especially in olfactory bulb, cerebral cortex, hippocampus and optic chiasm. The PDGF-Rα immunopositive cells were long cylindrical shape in cell body with processes and graded processes. In olfactory bulb and hippocampus, the immunopositive cells had lesser processes and graded processes. Besides, small amount multiple graded radiating procrsses immunopositive cells were found in basal nuclei and olfactory bulb. Conclusion: The distribution of oligodendrocyte precursor cells is not uniform. The quantity of processes is the main difference of PDGF-Rα immunopositive cell in different locations.
