摘要
分析了手工自蔓延焊接接头的微观组织,测试了焊缝的力学性能,研究了焊缝合金与母材过渡区的元素分布及存在方式。结果表明,手工自蔓延焊接实现了冶金结合,焊缝合金为以Cu基固溶体为基体,Fe基固溶体按一定方向交错分布在其上的组织,过渡区元素成梯度分布,焊缝力学性能良好。
The microstructure of welded joints by manual SHS welding was studied, and the mechanical properties of the welding seam were tested.The method of the elemental distribution and existence in the welding beam alloy and the transition region of the base metal was studied. The results show that manual SHS welding realizes fusion welding. The welding seam alloy regards Cu base solid solution as the matrix, and Fe base solid solution is distributed on its microstructure in certain direction. The elements present gradient distribution in the transition region, and the mechanical property of the welding seam is good.
