摘要
思考与探讨福建省地震局"十一五"规划期间在城乡防震减灾、地震工程、测震观测、地震台站和科技队伍建设等方面科技发展以及科技创新中的若干问题,并对有关方面提出一些个人的设想与建议。
In this paper, some problems about development and innovation in science and technology during ＂the Eleventh Five years plan＂ of earthquake administration of Fujian Province, such as the earthquake disaster mitigation in cities and countryside, earthquake engineering, seismic observation, seismic station, seismic science and technology team construction etc, are presented and discussed. Based on the study of relative aspect, some personal ideas and suggestions are put forward.
