摘要
讨论了国内70 m3聚合釜等温水加料工艺传统的主分散剂加料顺序更迭的可行性,以及由此产生的对体系稳定性的影响程度和期望的PVC树脂在增塑剂吸收量等方面的有益变化。该技术在国内相关的生产领域将产生积极的作用,提高PVC树脂质量。
:This paper discussed the feasibility of alternating the sequences of charging traditional main dispersing agents in the isothermal water charging process for the production of PVC by 70 m^3 polymerizer,the influences arising therefrom on the stability of system, and the desired beneficial changes for PVC resins in properties,such as adsorption amount of plasticizer. This technology will yield active results in improving the quality of PVC resins.
