黄芪新型饮片的质量控制与标准研究

摘要 目的为黄芪新型饮片的质量标准提供参考。方法对不同规格的黄芪新型饮片进行性状、一般项检查(水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分)、浸出物及黄芪甲苷含量测定。结果对拟定的质控指标进行测定;黄芪甲苷在0.70~5·60μg范围内线性关系良好,其线性对数方程为:C=0.6713A-3.6995,r=0.9991。回收率96.17%,RSD=1.72%。结论黄芪新型饮片质量比较稳定,可作为其质量标准。 Objective To supply a reference to establish the quality standards on a new medical herb in pieces of Radix Astragall. Methods Inspecting the appearance, general subjects ( water content, total ash, sour insoluble ash) on different types of new medical herb in pieces of Radix Astragall and using HPLC to determine the content of Astragaloside IV. Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.70 -5.60μg and its relativity was very well, r = 0. 999 1. Regression equation: C = 0. 671 3A - 3. 699 5. The average recovery was 96.17%, RSD = 1.72%. Conclusion The quality of this new medical herb in pieces of Radix AstragaU is quite stable.
