摘要
介绍了自行研制开发的满足欧Ⅱ排放要求的R6105ZLQ柴油机的过程。通过采用一系列机内净化技术,优化柴油机工作过程,减少有害物的排放,并在济南汽车检测中心进行了欧Ⅱ排放测试。结果表明,新研制的R6105ZLQ柴油机性能优于国内同类产品,排放水平满足欧Ⅱ标准限值要求。
This paper introduces the process of research and development of Euro Ⅱ R6105ZLQ Diesel Engine depending on our own technical power. A series of clean technology inside the engine is adopted to optimize its working process and reduce the emission of noxious gas. It had made Euro Ⅱ emission test, and the results show that the performance of the new R6105ZLQ engine is much better than other same type engines in China and meet the requirement of Euro Ⅱ emission limit.
