摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法同时测定4种具有清热去火作用的中药制剂中栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用Li-chrospher C18色谱柱;流动相组成为A∶水-磷酸（53∶0.2）B∶乙腈（88∶12）梯度洗脱;检测波长：240nm;流速：1mL/min。柱温：室温。结果：栀子苷和黄芩苷的线性范围分别为：1.9-76μg/mL（r=0.9999）,10.58-423μg/mL（r=0.9999）。平均回收率为101.3和100.6。结论：该方法简单,结果准确可靠,重现性好,表明可以同时测定清热去火类中药制剂中栀子苷和黄芩苷的含量,可用于质量控制。
AIM： To established a method for determining geniposide and baicalin in four preparations eantaining Fructus gardeniae and Radix Scutellariae by HPLC. METHODS： The separation was perfornled on Lichrospher C18 column; using water-phosphoric acid （53： 0.2） and acetonitrile as a mobile phase, gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. The flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was at room temperature. RESULTS： The linear range of geniposide was in the range of 1.9 - 76 μg/mL, r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery was 101.3%. The linear range of baiealin was 10.58 -423 μg/mL,r = 0. 999 9, the average recovery was 100.6%. CONCLUSION ： This method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. It indicates that geniposide and haicalin in traditional Chinese medicine preparations can he determinated simultaneously, and the method can he used for quality control.
