摘要
钱塘江流域部分河流水污染严重,近年省政府加大了对钱塘江流域整治力度,投入大量精力和物力,出台了一系列措施,对沿江两岸重点污染源进行整治,使局部重污染河段水环境质量有所改善,但面源污染仍没得到有效控制,河流水质仍不能满足水功能要求。对钱塘江流域的5个市杭州、绍兴、金华、衢洲、丽水的污水排放情况和水污染情况进行了分析,并利用1994～2005年的水质资料分析了钱塘江流域的水质变化趋势。
The pollution of water environment in partial rivers in the Qiantang river basin is severe,in recent years,the provincial government of Zhejiang province strengthens harnessment for the Qiantang river basin with a great deal of energy and material resources,adopts a series of countermeasures for controlling the main point pollution sources along the river,makes the water environmental quality of partial heavily polluted river reach improved.But the non-point pollution source has not been effectively controlled,and water quality can not meet the requirement of water function.The sewage release condition and water pollution of 5 cities of Hangzhou, Shaoxing,Jinhua,Quzhou,Lishui in the Qiantang river basin are analyzed,and making use of water quality data for 1994～2005 years,the water quality tendency of the Qiantang river basin is analyzed.Strengthening comprehensive management for water pollution,paying attention to the basin water environment tendency,protecting the Qiantang river-the mother river have become the premise and foundation for sustainable development of society and economy of Zhejiang province.
