摘要
目的探讨急诊内镜治疗高龄急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎(AOSC)的疗效。方法回顾性分析2004年1月—2006年12月51例高龄AOSC患者(≥70岁)急诊內镜治疗的临床资料。结果51例高龄患者急诊内镜胆汁引流成功率100%,取石成功率91.6%,治疗后所有患者临床症状均明显改善。结论急诊内镜是高龄AOSC患者的安全、快速、有效的治疗手段。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of emergency endoscopy for the treatment of elderly patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis （AOSC）. Methods A retrospective study was made on the clinical data of 51 elderly patients （ ≥70 years of age） suffering from AOSC, who were treated by performing emergency endoscopic procedures from January 2004 to December 2006. Results The success rate was 100% for biliary drainage, and 91.6% for calculus removal. The clinical symptoms got improved after treatment in the whole series. Conclusion Emergency endoscopy is a safe, easy and readily effective method for the treatment of AOSC in elderly patients.
